What size are the cards?
Each card is A5 folded in half which makes it roughly 15cm x 10.5cm. Some of the cards are more than 5mm in thickness, which will be regarded as a 'Large Letter' when posted at the Post Office. Some cards are portrait layout and others are landscape.

Do you offer a bespoke card service?
I will do my best to meet your requirements. Send me an email using the address on the ‘contact us’ link stating exactly what you would like and I will create it. If you require something that I know I will not be able to get the materials for I will notify you of this straight away.

What is the delivery charge?
The delivery charge is £1.00 for the 1st card. Add an extra 20p per card for each additional card.

How soon are the cards dispatched?
Cards are dispatched within 2-3 days of placing the order. They will be sent first class.

What is your refund policy?
In the unlikely event that you wish to return a card I will refund the cost of the card (minus postage cost) within 7 days of receipt of purchase. The card must be in perfect, unopened condition. Please contact me first to let me know you wish to send it back.

Are all of your cards handmade?
Yes, all cards are designed and created by myself and I draw inspiration from many sources. Every single card is unique.

How do I pay for the cards?
You will need a Pay pal account to purchase cards from this site. Please click the ‘Buy’ button at the side of the card you wish to purchase. If you wish to purchase more than one card please allow me to send you an updated invoice stating the reduced postage costs.
